The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 1,500 Liquid Motion children’s water slides due to injury hazards. The agency said the weight limit labels on the slide are inadequate and do not warn users to avoid sliding head first. There has been one report of a man who suffered a neck injury after sliding down the slide head first.
