This review is late. It was posted at another location and I just realized that it need to be here. From my review immediately after my case was resolved in January 2020. If you are reading this you have, or know someone, who has been through something terrible, unexpected and now you are wondering what to do. And if you do research you will find the "TV" guys are not what you want. For me it was a car accident that was not my fault. The at fault party was cited for careless driving. That was a Thursday. The following Monday I was in Ted's office. My injuries involved my head (9 staples from impacting the roll bar in my Jeep), my neck and back. I also had issues with not hearing things properly, inability to find the right words and forgetfulness. Ted assured me that he would be able to help me with treatment and also with compensation. The doctors that he sent me to were cordial, friendly and just nice people. His office is near downtown Colorado Springs and you will always see him and not someone else. In the beginning he told me what he was going to do and how much he was going to fight for, with an emphasis on me getting better. In the end that is exactly what happened. I received the proper treatment and my case was resolved with a 225K settlement. He was paid, the doctors that treated me were paid and I was able to get a new start. I highly recommend Ted.
