The Law Firm of Ted Bills was founded by Edward A. (Ted) Bills, Attorney at Law.  Ted is a native of Colorado Springs attainted his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Colorado and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law.

Diana Petrocelli, Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Diana has spent just about her entire life in the Colorado Springs area, graduating from Rampart High School and attending both the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Colorado Technical University.  She is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies.

Diana spent over eighteen years working as a claims adjuster and a subrogation specialist for a prominent insurance company in Colorado Springs and obtained the professional designation of “Senior Claims Law Associate” through the American Educational Institute.

She is married to Len Petrocelli; they have one son (Nico), and live in Colorado Springs.
