Sexual Assault Suit Against John Travolta Dropped

A former cruise ship staffer has dropped his sexual assault lawsuit against actor John Travolta and has signed paperwork denying him the right to refile the case. Originally, the man had claimed in his suit that Travolta had embraced him while naked and requested sex; however, in his written statement to police, the plaintiff did not mention any inappropriate or sexual contact.
